Hi, I am simply trying to watch any film or show on my macbook using chrome… Shows give this error and movies but not the news for some reason.
I go here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop
Then press on movies and gives that error, or shows gives same error. Basically nothing works at all.

Using the web browser instead of the APP - I think you need to enable REMOTE ACCESS. Did you try that?

I think it’s a Chrome issue, I got it to work on Microsoft Edge!

CHROME may be an issue - I’ve not tried it. I downloaded the APP from PLEX websire and installed it. Chrome does do some wierd things. I do know that I have STOPPED using Internet Exploder for anything.
