Plex don't see movies after a short time

Hello, I have a strange problem, I use plex and Radarr in a NAS server. My Plex sees my TV Shows files my but my movie files. When I download a new movie, Plex sees it for like 5mins and then don’t see it again, I thought it might be the renaming of the files but no, the files are MKV renamed correctly. I don’t know what to do. I also tried to repull my Plex image from docker but i doesn’t worked too.

Even weirder, my Plex sees the McWalter and 28 Years Later files but not the others in the same folder (all files are MKV files named the same way) !

You’re adding the wrong folder.

Add /movies, not each movie folder.

I have added the /movies folder, the screen was for the exemple

Choose the Library tab instead of Recommended.

If the movies are not listed, sort for duplicates or unmatched.

I tried but the movies are still not listed. When they are downloaded, they are listed and then around 3-4min later they disappear.

I restarted completely my NAS and it solved the issue
