It sounds like you did nuke everything which was holdover from DSM 6. That’s unfortunate. It wasn’t necessary to do that. I have been able to help save everyone’s so far.
Here are some options:
If you have PMS installed (the DSM 7 package) - this will help you fix the permissions to your media folders.
There are other things we can do. Please advise what your wishes are.
