Plex DSM 7 how to backup libs @ how to move them to new Synology NAS

Many thanks to ChuckPA for the incredible job he did in helping to move on with Plex under new DSM.
I have two Plex servers running well for about two week now under DSM 7.0.
When we will have some decent way to backup libs and how to move Plex libs to a new server?
These are important issues.
