Plex DVR Recording Mismatch

So I am trying to test recording a show on my HDHomeRun tuner with my Windows 10 Plex Media Server.

The actual show listed in the recording schedule is “WLWT News 5 at 10:00 pm” however when I go to the actual recording location in my PMS\Television directory it shows a show called “Being Human” from 2008.

When I look up this show it’s not actually something that is playing on TV and the title is just incorrectly recording a show ahead or behind. I made sure to choose the correct EPG in the DVR set up so I am at a loss as to why the OTA channels would be doing this. (I tested another the other day, recording Family Guy on Fox and it’s the same thing). The recording matches the recording schedule but the titles are wrong on the PMS recognition.

It’s defaulting to “Being Human” for every show from each channel I try to record.

Anyone got any idea?

Edit: Upon review the actual recording name within the storage of my PMS is correct but the auto match or whatever Plex uses to categorize the data isn’t looking up the name (I’m not sure where it’s getting this from).

I’ve still not been able to figure this out but it doesn’t seem anyone has any ideas.
