Not entirely sure what’s going on but since version 1.9.7.4460 DVR is recording more stuff at the same time than there are tuners…
Used to have the 100% bug, but now they seem to be running correctly…

Any ideas?

Digital sub-channels on the same tuner i.e. Ch 50.1 & 50.2 perhaps?
dig you check to make sure all 3 recordings were good?
Was any of these shows on the same channel and you had post-padding on the 1st and pre-padding on the 2nd and just happened to look while both shows could record at the same time off the same tuner?

Wait,is that a thing? Does that work or is this a guess
What version of PMS are you running?
I’m running 1.10.0.4523. I have 3 recordings running. 2 are on the same channel, different sub channels. Plex says it is using 3 tuners. The device’s tuner status says the same.
I’ll leave this here. My setup last week.

Just a guess, tried to replicate and was unable.
I just setup my Plex system and noticed this too with a HDHomerun Connect. 2 tuners, 4 recording. Opening the HD Homerun tuners.html shows nothing tuned (which is correct). I’m also having a lot of trouble getting scheduled recordings to actually record. Can manually watch the channels fine, and Plex says it is recording, but nothing actually tunes when its time to record. Very frustrating for a new user. May have to go back to Next PVR.

Can you answer these questions above? You have PJ Masks recording at the same time with a 20 minute overlap.
When you saw this was in from 7:50 to 8:10 during the overlap?

I ended up updating to the beta channel and installing a community tuner. this seems to have resolved/worked around my issues.
