How do I get Plex to only record missing episodes, and not every time the show is on even if it is in the library?
I want Plex to record “New and Repeat Airings”, but do not want Plex to record duplicate airings.
See this post. It seems like this was a thing and maybe isn’t anymore?!?!
I would love to see that as a feature myself!
Plex only records missing episodes for me. Running 1.8.4 currently. Are you doing anything with recordings after they finish like moving them to a location outside of the recorded library? When I first started with Plex I was getting every episode recorded but that was because I recorded in one library called DVR and moved recordings to my TV library.
