So does anyone from Plex actually check this forum and try and supply a solution? I went ahead and purchased the lifetime plex pass assuming that I wouldn’t have any issues but now I wish I didn’t. I haven’t been able to tune any channel at all, ever. If I use the HDHomeRun app, everything works fine. The second I use the Plex app, nothing. “ Playback Error. Unable to tune channel. ” EVERY.TIME! I’m about to ask for a refund because this is ridiculous. If you can find my channels, you’re clearly getting a signal so why can’t the server tune them? As I said, it’d be nice if someone from Plex actually cared about their customers and offered a solution. I’ve been trying for the last couple weeks and if I can’t get a solution, I 100% want my money back because I’m not paying for something that never works.
There may be several causes for this error. It could be that there was an earlier error or there may be timeouts. Best is to get logs with debug logging enabled for the first such error after restarting the server
So please ensure debug logging is enabled

To clear error flags please restart the server at this point
and on first persistent failure to tune - please capture a screenshot and the server logs
