Plex DVR, Trying to watch Live TV but get error "Unable to tune channel (no parts)"

I’m a new plex user, and am using an HDHomeRun Extend and an HDHomeRun Dual. My system was working at install, but suddenly one channel (and ONLY this one channel) is giving me the “unable to tune channel (no parts)” error. I’ve restarted my PMS and server several times, and it still doesn’t work. On the just released 1.13.5.5291 version.

I see this goes back years…still no fix? My situation seems a bit odd, as its only one channel that is effected (well, all subcarriers of a single channel: 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 won’t tune but 3.1 does, etc.)

Could you give details of your setup and list of channels and territory / guide

and get some logs to see what the error is

restart the server at this point to get fresh logs created

Reproduce the problem and test several channels - and note down details and times of tests and results
