Plex DVR, Trying to watch Live TV but get error "Unable to tune channel (no parts)"

I have gone through all these steps, aside from reinstalling everything, and nothing works. I have updated the firmware to the latest for my HD HomeRun Connect Quatro, I have the latest version of Plex Pass server. Whenever I attempt to view live TV via Plex the service dies. There is nothing obvious that I can see in the logs. Can anyone help?

Below are my logs. It shows initial startup, then the service dies, and then I start it again:

Please get the server logs so that the crashes can be investigated

First make sure the server has debug logging enabled

Then restart the server to get fresh logs created

Do whatever you did before to get the server to crash
Note down the time

Restart the server and download the server logs
and attach here with the details
