I have been using Plex for about a year to listen to my music on my iPhone. I am connected to my WD My Cloud Home external drive. I was able to listen to my music everywhere. Home, work, gym, and in the car. Last week, I got an error message of “My Cloud Home is Unavailable.” Now it only connects when I am at home. I have tried resetting my router, the external drive, and have reinstalled the Plex Media Server. Still nothing. Anyone else having this issue? Any help in resolving this issue?

Same issue here. Also trying to manually update metadata the source keeps showing loading with no way of selecting the source.
This is Plex installed on WD my cloud home NAS.
