I’m having some problems with adding some of my Blu ray extras.
The folder structure is like this:
Bohemian.Rhapsody.2018 (main folder)

  • Bohemian.Rhapsody.2018.mkv (movie)
  • Deleted Scenes (sub folder)
    – The Complete Live Aid Movie Performance Not Seen in Theaters (extra)
  • Featurettes (sub folder)
    – Rami Malek - Becoming Freddie (extra)
    – Recreating Live Aid (extra)
    – The look and sound of queen (extra)

Plex Mediaserver only adds the one deleted scene, and one of the featurettes. I’ve tried scanning over and over again, and restarting the server, but no luck.

can you please share the exact naming / folder structure?
if you actually include extra in the file names, this could be a reason for Plex to ignore it.

side note…

main movie name should be Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) (for both the main movie folder as well as the movie file itself) to avoid matching errors or hiccups! – based on your current naming, Plex won’t recognize that 2018 is supposed to be the year but considers it part of the movie name.

´The (extra) is not part of the naming.
The two featurettes that wont show up are named:
Rami Malek - Becoming Freddie
Recreating Live Aid

and are placed in a sub folder named:
Featurettes

Tried changing the naming of the movie and movie folder.
