First of all I want to say this is my very first time posting here to get help, and it’s only because I’ve gotten so sick of doing this myself, when plex is supposed to do it on it’s own.
Previously I had no issue with the media server loading all metadata including images. However recently when I add a new T.V. Show, or Movie into my NAS, and it shows up in the Plex Media Server program, I can get it to load all the correct metadata program information, including the posters, banners, and backgrounds, however when I select the one I want to use, it will not download that poster, or background, or banner into the server to go along with the media file, so that I can see it when I’m viewing the contents of my server on whatever I’m watching it on, to try to figure out what I want to watch, which is usually my PS4 Pro.
Does anyone know why all of a sudden its not downloading these images and saving them as part of the metadata to show me?
Does anyone know how to fix it, so that it does start downloading these images as part of the metadata like its supposed to, so that I can see them?
