ok the local channels would not play they came up with errors

I changed some quality settings and now I seem to get full screen size…I thought I did that last night mayybe I needed to restart the server??

Yeah, I would try that. Sometimes channels stop playing for me, and restarting fixes issues for a day or so… but that seems to be a regular issue with Plex at the moment.
