Plex Firestick showing a library that is not shared with home user

I am having an issue with my Firestick stick showing a library to a home user that I explicitly removed access to. In the plex/web, the library does not show up and everything is fine but on the Firestick it still shows the library and the user has access to the content.

Has anyone run across this yet?

Server Version 1.16.3.1402

Can you show us your sharing rule indicating the libraries they have access to, then a screenshot from the app showing that library?
