Thanks, it makes sense since this makes it easier to manage all your downloads and makes it apparent for all users touch or mouse.
Same here - I expected similar functionality to UWP but it’s just fundamentally broken.
This should never have been released in this state and the UWP should not have been withdrawn. I made the mistake of removing UWP then installing this - now I’m stuck with a device that I can only download to if I select individual TV episodes…ridiculous.

It’s your screen resolution - click on the 3 dots and you will see it as an option.
Yeah. I kept mine for this reason. Not the end if they drop foxes in a week, but still.

yeah, super disappointed, the only reason i downloaded this new player was to try the downloads.
i told it to download the “next 5” episodes… it started downloading season 1 (im currently watching season 9) and carried on until it had filled up my hard disk!!! another 18 episodes later
how on earth did you ship something so broken? 
and whats with the limited options … where did “all unwatched” go? thats a super obvious one… or what if we want the next 10? the previous interface for selecting how much to download was better

Another one here where the downloads are not working as expected. Selected download next 5 (I think – as it is currently downloading the only option is to delete the downloads) and it is downloading the first 5 it finds from the first season the Plex server has.
Also, I have been tapping away on my touch screen to zero effect. Could you invest in some touch screen windows devices and make that a better experience please ? The old app (which had terrible syncing) was much better with touch than the new one.

In the store you can go to your “All owned” apps, which is part of your account. There Plex still should be visible (it is in mine).

Weird but thank you - just checked and I can see it in All Owned so have installed before it vanishes again !!
