I am running two plex servers on two separate computers…one server says that its Plex for Windows = General…the other one says it is Plex Web - General. I prefer the plex web general versus the other one. Does anyone know how I can change to other one to plex web general?

That doesn’t sound like 2 different servers. At least those sections in your settings have nothing to do with a server.
Those just indicate which client you’re currently using to access your server / your servers…

“Plex for Windows” is Plex’ regular desktop client. It’s look and feel is based on the web app but it’s usually a few releases behind.
“Plex Web” means you’re accessing your server through a browser (either through its local IP → http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web or using the hosted version of Plex Web → https://app.plex.tv/desktop).
