Plex for Windows turns off subtitles repeatedly

I have a the same issue but it’s also sometimes switching the audio stream from english to german, german is my preferred language in settings.

I can confirm that this version resolves the caption issues for me as well. I’m on windows 10.

Also experiencing this and heavily reliant on subs.

I noticed that the Audio Stream also changes to ‘none’ when this happens - maybe that helps trouble shoot it?

I would hugely appreciate a fix for this.

OK, I watched 3 Episodes JapDub GerSub and nothing strange happened. Looks like 1.62.2.3451-fb8ac0ae is the solution

haven’t seen this issue with the last few versions, looks to be fixed.
