Plex found a movie file, but named it as a different file that is an different folder... and plays the other file

This library is set as “other videos”

There is a 2 hour video file in the main folder “Videos” for argument sake, file named “Project Itoh The Empire of Corpses…”
Plex found the file and added it to the library, however in my library it has the file titled as “Peach boy Riverside - 08…” which is a 23 minute video file located in (Videos/Peach Boy Riverside).

I am viewing my library by “folders” so I can see where plex is putting things. Plex has everything within (Videos/Peach Boy Riverside) correctly as far as I can tell (including episode 8), but for some reason it thinks these two files are different versions of each other even though they are in different folders… I can tell it to play one “version” or the other and it will either play the episode or the movie. Scanning the library did not fix this.

Can someone please explain how this is possible?
