From the beginning of time, I have used a certain username to log in whenever I need to log in. But when I changed my password today, I had to use my email address. Once that was done, I went into my account settings and saw what appears to be a Plex-generated username. So I edited it back to the one I always use (it’s not common at all) and was told that someone else is using it. I don’t actually believe that. I think it’s just confused, but I’m hoping someone can look into this for me. I’ve been using it for years.
Please PM the username you tried to use. I see that your account has this kei985 username since April. Before that, it was an email address.
