It may be similar to what happened to me last year when I was “testing” something. I don’t remember exactly what I did, but I did open the invite email to the user in the same browser I was already signed into and I didn’t read the email properly. I had to follow the instructions in the post to recreate them and copy the history, it’s not a quick fix.
