I was directed here from an unhelpful email support interaction (Ticket #555604) that completely misunderstood my issue.
My problem is NOT about mobile app streaming restrictions. My problem is a backend account entitlement issue.
The Issue: My wife’s account (kristinbeck362
) is a confirmed member of my Plex Home, but she is not inheriting my Lifetime Plex Pass benefits. Specifically, she is unable to access the Watchlist RSS Feed feature and is met with a paywall.

We have exhaustively performed all user-side troubleshooting steps to no avail:
- Confirmed the admin account has an active Lifetime Plex Pass.
- Confirmed the home member is using her full, independent Plex account.
- Confirmed her account is correctly listed under the “Plex Home” settings page.
- Removed a duplicate “Managed Account” to prevent any confusion.
- Attempted to access the feature on multiple clients and networks (iPhone Safari, and a hardwired Windows PC) to rule out cache issues.
- Waited over 24 hours to rule out short-term server sync delays.
- Performed the complete “Plex Dance”: I removed her from my Plex Home, she logged out, I re-invited her, and she accepted the new invitation. The issue persists even after this full reset.
This appears to be a stubborn backend account bug that requires staff intervention to fix the entitlement link between our accounts. Can a Plex Employee or Ninja please investigate?
