Hello,
When I turn off all home screen recommendations, I get the “Something went wrong” error message on the home page.
I don’t need the recommendations and I just want it to show me my current tv series.
There is this problem only on the windows application and the web interface. No problem with the Samsung Tizen TV app, and no problem with my S21 on Android, which only shows my current tv series.
Is a fix possible?
