I’m not sure if this is an error or not. I have noticed a problem with a movie title. “The Black String (2018)” https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6141334/ is shown to have a rating of 5.2; however, on my Samsung SmartTV PLEX shows the same movie as having a 7.1 rating. Which should I believe is the most accurate?
Plex critic ratings are broken. Has been for years.

Thank you kindly for getting back to me. Sure would have been nice if PLEX staff member would have responded. Seems like they’ve been doing a lot of ignoring posts these days.

same here, since some weeks my agents dont get the ibm rating within Plex any more. Few weeks back it worked perfectly.
