Plex Install Issues

Hello Everyone -
Please help. I have Synology DS1520+ running DSM7 and I can’t get Plex running. I’ve tried upgrade, clean, and docker instructions on YouTube.

I can’t my plex to see the server.

I seem to always get the NOT Authorized. You do not have access to this server error.

Please help.

Please share a little more info:

  1. Which version of PMS is installed on the Syno?

  2. what’s its LAN IP

  3. what is your computer’s LAN IP

  4. Can you manually make a ZIP file of the Logs directory (found underneath “Plex Media Server”) … either Plex/Library/Application Support -or- PlexMediaaServer/AppData
