Recently had problems with playback from the iOS plex app. When connected to the home WiFi which also has the server attached it is intermittent. When on Cellular data the app provides messages such as:
Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error
Streaming over cellular data is allowed in the app settings.
I have no problems streaming over cellular data when logging into plex via safari, etc. It only hangs when using the iOS app.
I have no problem streaming to my Sonos speakers on the same WiFi network.
Both server and app are updated to their most recent versions.
Any ideas?
