Plex for iOS broke with the recent update. Cannot access server remotely using cellular data.
Can confirm server is up and accessible remotely as I can still access my music from Plexamp.
I’ve even tried reinstalling the app
I’m having issues too but slightly different. I can access my server and play items but the streams stop abruptly after a minute or so.
OK, with hours of troubleshooting and Claude analysing my PMS logs, it pointed to my mobile provider, GiffGaff (which piggybacks off the O2 network) killing the stream. Tested on a Vodafone E-SIM and all works as it should.
