Plex iOS offline

Server Version#: I’m running DSM 7.0-41890 on a Synology 920+
Player Version#: 7.23

So I’ve seen this question asked many times, although I’ve yet to find a satisfying/serviceable answer. I’m in the process of migrating to a Synology NAS and all my other media devices can play the files just fine. But my iPhone Plex app sees the server as “offline”. I can’t figure out how to remedy.

Uninstall the app
Reinstall the app & Re-link it to your account.

I tried this and it did not fix the problem.
