Server showing 'Offline' on one Apple iOS device but all other devices have no issue

I have a plex server on a Synology NAS. I have multiple devices that access the Plex Server both through the internal network and remotely. These devices include Apple TVs, Web app, Apple iOS devices, Android Devices. All devices work with no problems except one iOS tablet. It has been working for a long time.

Recently it has stopped working so I have upgraded the Synology NAS to DSM7 and upgraded the server to the latest version through the Synology Apps.

The iOS tablet can access the Plex server through the web app but is unable to connect to the Plex server through the Plex app from the iOS app store. I have uninstalled the app and redownloaded it. I have tried to connect to the server both on the internal network and remotely.

I have included the server logs if someone could provide a solution or suggest something that I have not tried.
