My Plex library is accessable on my tv app and laptop. However it is stating offline on my Samsung android phone app and I cannot access my content. Any assistance would be welcome.
Update your server-software version.
1.18.5 is too old for current Android clients.
(But do not update DSM to DSM 7 for now.)

The second response I will try and attempt (i am not very tech savy) if the first response doesn’t address the issue.

I have kind of same problem as I moved to a new network and my Plex server got a new IP. Now it is accessible from PC but not from IOS App.
However I am on Netgear ReadyNAS and I do not know how to access App files “Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server”.
Cannot find any equivalent to File Station.
Does anyone know how to access and rename preference.xml on ReadyNas? Or would a reinstall be the path to follow?
