There doesn’t seem to be a specific way to report this? It appears that Plex or whomever/wherever they pull data from is missing this episode. The episode appears in my list of episodes but doesn’t have a description/rating etc. When I found that season in Plex’s discovery section in the app that episode is missing.

The default episode ordering uses TMDB airing order, there is no S04E14 for this ordering: Lost: Season 4 (2008) — The Movie Database (TMDB)
You probably have TVDB ordering (Lost - - Season 4 - TheTVDB.com) you need to change that on the show’s advanced settings.

Thanks for your reply. If I ever have this issue with another show I’ll know whats going on so I appreciate it.
Just for clarification and further inquiries by others. I have 3 episodes for the 3 part finale of S4, so I switched the episode ordering in the advanced section of “Edit Lost” found by selecting the show, not an individual season, and then selecting the 3 dots, then the little pencil in the dialog. I switched from ‘library default’ to ‘The TVDB(airing)’. Some of the Metadata appears at least.
