"Plex is not reachable" when connected to the server trough VPN

Hi there !

My Plex server is installed on an OpenMediaVault NAS.
Not so long ago, I could acces to it when I was far from home, using a VPN to connect to my NAS.
But since I moved into a new home, I cannot do this anymore : / Well, obviously I CAN connect to the Plex web gui (that’s where I have the message), but it’s not working
I totaly can connect to Plex from my local newtork.
I don’t want to use the inbuild “remote acces”, so please, no need to mention it : )

I looks like that if you can connect to Plex at least one time with web browser that doesn’t wipe every cookies at each session, then you’ll be able to connect again through VPN. But I’m not totally sure about that.
In order to progress, can someone explain to me what does Plex try to do when we see the “Plex is not reachable” message ?
