The plex server is running on my NAS but plex is showing my content as unavailable. The support page for this did not resolve the issue.
Note this happened when I moved from one apartment to another.

Both the Plex Media Server and all your Media are on the same NAS?

Yes the Plex Media Server is installed on the NAS.
I was able to find an answer through another forum from someone. Turns out that the permissions in Plex within the NAS was set to No Access. Strange because this was not done on my end. It is also not stated in the Support Page from Plex’s website. I am not sure why this happened but it seems to be running and the “Unavailable” Icon went away.

Currently When i have it set to Read Only. It is giving me a Error message, Conversion Failed. The trans-coder exited due to a failure. This does not seem to happen when i have read/write permissions enabled.
Without seeing the logs, it’s impossible to tell. The transcoder is used for a bunch of things.
Can you recreate the error and then download the ZIP of the logs to attach here for me to view ?
