Plex is showing subtitles even though they are not hard coded

Plex has not started showing subtitles that are encoded as part of the file. There is no option to switch these off. The subtitles also always appear at the top of the video. All settings are set to have the subtitles appear on the bottom (when turned on).

This was not happening before. I have ensured the subtitles are not hard encoded. When I play the file in VLC, no subtitles appear unless selected.

I apologize if this is not in the correct category, I will place it if someone makes a suggestion. I looked for where it could go best but couldn’t determine it.

What are the settings for Audio & Subtitles in your account, under https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account ?
Please post the Plex media info of an affected video.
Did you add some user-defined settings to your mpv.conf or did you add some lua scripts?

Its stopped happening. I ran a file to get you the Plex media info. and its not happening anymore…
