Plex is using File name rather then episode name

I upgraded some of my TV Episodes to a HQ Rip from what I did before.
I deleted the folder and remove the Series from Plex.
Once I had the server scan the new files, it added them to the server along with finding episode thumbnails and descriptions, but for some reason instead of just using a correct episode name for the name it’s using the file name I gave it instead, I tired choosing update metadata and that didn’t fix it.
How do I make it correct the episode name?
Episode 3 below is from my original rip, named slightly different.

How the files are named:

  • The Big Bang Theory - s02e01 - The Bad Fish Paradigm.mp4
  • The Big Bang Theory - s02e02 - The Codpiece Topology.mp4
  • The Big Bang Theory S02E03 - The Barbarian Sublimation.mkv

Move Local Media Assets to the bottom of the list of active agents for the primary agent for your library

Then do a Plex Dance

Well that’s a weird setting that simply fixed everything. Thanks.

Your problem was, that when ripping, it got a media tag title that was set to the filename.

If the LMA agent is on top, it scans for those, and been on top, has the priority over the other metadata agents

So I did these steps with Big Bang and all was fixed. But it did not fix with Futurama.
All my episodes came from the same source (iTunes), seasons 1 & 2 have the correct episode names, the rest of the seasons are using the file name.

Did I miss something?

Found out it was a Season’s issue, iTunes labels it’s seasons different then TVDB, that was the issue, not anything to do with the previous issue.
