Help with TV>Episode Naming of Files

I’m trying to get Plex to pickup Episode Names from files. I’ve followed the instructions on naming files (support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200220687-Naming-Series-Season-Based-TV-Shows “https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200220687-Naming-Series-Season-Based-TV-Shows”) but When I display the episode information in Plex, I don’t see the information displayed as it is in both the file name AND the meta information in the file (see below). Windows 10 File explorer on the left showing the filename, METAX on the right showing the encoded meta data in the file. Plex in the middle (not displaying the information).

Which metadata agent is this library using, and is your preference set to local metadata over that from your agent?

Your season folders are missing.

Plex doesn’t read the episode title from the file name, only from internal metadata in mp4 files.

After changing metadata in the files, you must perform the Plex Dance for the changes to be “grasped” by Plex.

Your posters show 3 duplicates for these episodes. Do you have mismatches or is there perhaps another copy of this show within your library? The wrong episode titles could also stem from the duplicates.
