Plex keeps experiencing playback issues and dropping connection to mycloudpr4100. "playback error"

Since the OS5 update for WD mycloudpr4100, Plex has been giving me a ton of problems. It doesnt matter the streaming device, webapp, roku, amazon fire, samsung smart TV, etc. My plex app keeps dropping the connection to the media server. I have tried a clean install and updated everything fully. Video playback stops but audio still continues. once I acknowledge the error, it quickly or takes a minute to reconnect then play back resumes. Sometimes it will give this playback error 30 times during a 40 min show or just a few, very frustrating. Here are my sever logs, errors only:

I’m not even sure the errors and my connection from the plex app to the media server are even related. Can anyone help? I’m ready to start a clean install, how can I ensure I start fresh? can someone provide detailed instructions?
