Plex Keeps Losing Connection to Server

Synology DS918+

Recently my I’ve been losing connection to my server. I can hop into DSM, and stop and restart Plex, and it works again. Seems to happen about once a day.

I can’t pinpoint the timing of the issue starting to this, but I did upgrade my RAM from the OEM 4gb to 2x Crucial 4gb set here.

I plan to pop those out, and throw in the OEM 4gb stick tonight when I get home, but figured I’d post here, and see if anyone had any thoughts on what could be happening.

Never downloaded logs before - so hopefully I did that correctly.

Any ideas on what could be happening here?

I see that many folks having issues with the last couple versions. Before I downgrade to a previous version, does anyone have anything I could try first?

I apologize for the delay. I’ve been “eyeballs-deep” in rebuilding my workstation from scratch.

You have a device which is advertising itself as a gateway. You should consider turning that off if possible.

I see where “Other Room” disconnected. Is this on WiFi ?

It’s an AppleTV 4k connected w/ ethernet.

May I ask the network topology?

Everything wired? Any Proxies involved?
