I am running a HP Proliant DL380eGen8 Series Server with Windows Server 2016 Standard and really haven’t had many if any issues out of it until I just found out from some of the people I share my library with that their access is inconsistent. While they are on my network they have access but when they leave and try to connect from other locations it may or may not connect including just trying to connect via their mobile network (no “ISP/hardware from their home” issues in the mix). I can access the libraries while not connected to my network but I did recently notice that my phone would not connect to the library while out and about even though a laptop was connecting with no issues. Just really confused at this point.
It’s definitely worth to have a look at your remote access setup to identify if there’s any newly added obstacles. What comes to mind is your ISP might have changed your connection to an IPv6 only setup… iirc this will impact pretty much every client except the iPhone / Apple TV (at some point I’ve also seen IPv6-only remote access working with Plex Web).
