I can see that you currently have almost 3,500 files in one folder.
You should consider creating subfolders for movies where you have external subtitles.
I also recommend you to divide this folder further, so the number of files in a single folder doesn’t exceed a few hundred.
(For instance, you could create folders for initial letters A-D, E-H, I-L etc.pp.

Do the file names, which you’ve recently added, appear in the list there?
Side note:
Your tv show naming is not optimal. It may work (mostly) but you should consider using Filebot (or one of the alternatives) to clean up your folder structure and file names.
