Plex Library won't register Rotten Tomatoes Scores

Server Version#: 4.69.1

For some reason my Plex Server won’t accurately show Rotten Tomatoes critic scores. It’ll either only show audience scores, or just move over to IMDB scores. Refreshing the metadata doesn’t reliably work, since often times it will just remove the rotten tomatoes scores all together. Any solutions or ideas on how to fix this?
