I’m having an issue where if your playing a live tv stream and press the button to bring up the onscreen GUI, and you want to change to another channel under all channels section it just keeps thinking and doesn’t change??
Its hard to explain and i cant find any relevant topics on it.
I’m running the server in a unraid docker. All my players are android TV.
Further to this it seem to be only on android devices. I tested my Samsung s8 and got the same issue.
Tested my old iPhone s6 and it works as expected.
Can anyone comment it this issue?
After confirming the same behavior on my Shield TV and posting a message on our internal Slack channel. I was informed by a Plex Employee that this is a known issue and they have an internal ticket for the issue.
Great thanks for checking. Its been an issue for months. My main concern was that it was an issue with my setup.
Has this issue been addressed? 17 days since this post and no progress? Any idea when we can expect a resolution? Getting frustrating out here. Your latest update moved live TV to the ‘Discover’ bar. Great. I STILL CAN’T CHANGE CHANNELS WITHOUT BACKING OUT COMPLETELY! Seriously?
