I want to make sure evertything is working perfectly before I update again

Hi
See my preceding post
So subs issue is solved by an update available only to Plex Pass subscribers
Hardware acceleration is available only to Plex Pass subscribers, no more stuttering
I want to subscribe too, but I need to be sure that those issues are solved also on my side. Why I can’t have a temporary Pass? Like a 1 hour pass, I just need to do some testing on my side. I am really really disappointed.

The monthly subscription is probably the best option for you - you can cancel after trying it for the month if you feel it does not give you what you need
Still losing subtitles when skipping forward or back a few times near the end of a TV show episode; still getting Shaka1001 (Network) error when pausing during the last few minutes of a TV show…
PMS 1.11.0.4633, Windows 10 Server & Client (single machine), Web Player on Chrome.

If I buy the monthly subscription and update to the PMS 1.11.0.4633, once ended the month without re-subscription it wil automatically downgrade, o remains the latest PMS version? (sorry about my english)

No - it will not downgrade. The version will remain available - however, Plex Pass features will stop to be available
If you create a Plex Home, you should dismantle it before cancelling the subscription as you may not have access to the functionality afterwards.

Happy new year!
Hi,
PMS 1.11.0.4666 with Chrome Web Player 3.32.2 seem to have resolved several issues for me:
Thanks Devs & Happy New Year.

Plex Pass user showing 1.10.1.4602 as the latest. Is there something else I need to do to update?

you may be need to change the Release the “Update Channel” to Beta on the settings.

And if that fails, only if, always check plex.tv/downloads using a web browser to see if it has the latest listed at the Plex Server releases forum post.
Even that occasionally doesn’t show all cutting edge stuff, but, cutting edge stuff is sometimes shown in the PlexPass section of the forums, like the beta TV and DVR section was before they got added to common releases.
When the 1.11.xxx version will be released for non Plex pass subscriber?

What a hurry you are in! This bug is only a few months old! (note the irony)

Eventually.
And Plex won’t even say that. You seem new here in the forums, perhaps you’ve lurked, but, never, ever, have any of us seen Plex share development plans and releases. Plex transparency is like that of several brick walls.
+1 here. Same problem
So is the issue officially solved ?
At least they officially hope so, but since it includes a wide variety of duck-ups, we can’t be sure 'til it hits the public stable release and this thread gets feedbacks. Still there is a chance that your subtitle issue went away, it worth a try for Plex Pass users to try the Beta.
