Plex - Loss remote access with latest update 1.41.0.8992.8463

I have just updated my plex server with the last versions 1.41.0.8992.8463., and i discovered that my remote access is no longer working,

if I click on the “Connect” button it will go trough the progress and connect, but after second, it will loss the connection.

I have checked my network “Port forwarding” and “disable my VPN” but still I am not able to connect.

so my question is, - is there a know issue with the new version of Plex update with remote access ?

UPDATE: the issue is resolve the problem was with my ISP " TOOB" and how they handles they Pubic DHCP Range, as it will not allow Port forwarding through it, but I have now signed up for a fix IP address and now it works.
