My brother tries to sync something, but sync progress show 0% for over 30 min, he has access to sync, and he is using Plex Media Player for Windows 1.2.2, there are any other setting to be made ?
anyone have any ideas what might be the problem ?
You cannot Sync to Plex Media Player so I have no idea how your brother managed to create that sync job. Does he possibly have the Windows App from the Appstore also installed. They will both have the same default name unless you change it, so your brother might be thinking he is syncing to PMP but isn’t.
Never mind, is look like that with Plex Media player, you can send a sync job to a device that support sync, in his case on the Windows app from app store or other device that support sync, i bit confusing because let you think that you can sync with Plex Media player
You must mean while using Plex Media Player in Desktop mode, which is basically the same as Plex Web. Put it in TV mode and you won’t see the sync option.
