I believe the latest version (Plex Pass Holder) (don’t know as I can’t get to the GUI) dual 4K monitors RX580. As the subjects says the GUI loads off screen on my right hand monitor.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to get the interface in an area of the screen to interact with it…

Any idea’s…?

I have this issue as well. The resolution seems to be off somehow. I found that if you stretch the window you can pull it on screen and at least make it usable. I also went into compatibility settings and did an override on the DPI scaling which made the font sizes at least usable. Hoping they fix this as I had the issue about a year ago and an update seemed to fix it.

The first suggestion was not possible as I could not get to the window at all. However your second suggestion, DPI override settings changed to System, seems to have forced the window in the middle of my main monitor.

PMP 2.4.1 is buggy for me so i’ve personally downgraded to a previous version.

I’m unsure of you’re exact problem but if a window is offscreen you can move it using windows hot keys (can do this for any window)

Hold down windows key + left arrow (or right arrow), keep hitting arrow until you can see your window.

I’ll give that a try if the window goes off screen. I will say that none of the built in windows cascading commands worked.

If you have a more complex geometry, pushing the Windows + Arrow-Keys (by the way: Shift + Windows + Arrow moves directly between displays while without Shift the window first aligns to the screen side before moving to the next display) the window sometimes gets stuck on one of the displays. What works for me in all cases:

Move the mouse on the task icon until the thumbnail pops up. Then shift the mouse to the thumbnail and right-click. Choose “Move” and hit any arrow key (e.g. left). When you start moving the mouse, the window is attached to the pointer. Move it to a visible area and left click.

Nethertheless, the problem is still present. So why the heck can’t someone fix the problem please? I would even be happier if the layout would be reset (the position not remembered), since this would start the app in visible areas.
