Using the latest PMP-Version on Windows I’m having the issue that on program start in non-fullscreen-mode the main window is located off-screen.
The problem may be related to high DPI-scaling since I’m using an UHD-resolution scaled to 150%.
Current workaround is to grab the window through the taskbar and move it left until it is visible. But on next restart it is gone again, wherever I left the window on close.
I have been having this issue for months. I have no way to resolve. When I launch Plex, it opens “off screen” somewhere in virtual world. There is no way to grab it and pull it over. Its annoying as hell. THis is the ONLY app that has done this. I have had fresh windows installs, and it continues to be an issue. This goes WAY back.

This has always worked for me, regardless of the program:
Fix 3 – Move Option 1
- Select the program in the task bar.
- Hold the Windows Key while pressing Left Arrow or Right Arrow repeatedly to move the window back into view.
