Plex Un-usable (Win10) opens offscreen and I cannot see it

The first time I personally experienced it was in 2018. There’s also no shortage of reports, even if they’re marked as closed.

Plex Media Player --Windows 10 -- GUI loading off screen

I believe the latest version (Plex Pass Holder) (don’t know as I can’t get to the GUI) dual 4K monitors RX580. As the subjects says the GUI loads off screen on my right hand monitor. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get the interface in an area of the screen to interact with it… Any idea’s…?

Saved Window-Position is off-screen

Using the latest PMP-Version on Windows I’m having the issue that on program start in non-fullscreen-mode the main window is located off-screen. The problem may be related to high DPI-scaling since I’m using an UHD-resolution scaled to 150%. Current workaround is to grab the window through the taskbar and move it left until it is visible. But on next restart it is gone again, wherever I left the window on close.

Windows 10 Plex Player dual monitor screen problem

Hi, I have been happily using Plex media player on W10 for a few months now. I run it on my second monitor plugged into a laptop through HDMI and it mostly has been working fine. A couple of days ago an update came out and now I am like super zoomed in on the app - I can no longer see options menus and things like that. I did lots of fruitless research for like a couple of hours, and then tried to de-install / re-install it. That made it worse. Now, I am still super zoomed in, but cannot conn…

It’s honestly my only real complaint with PMP as it makes the app completely unusable. PMP just simply is not handling more than one monitor properly.
