I’ve got a Silicon Dust HDHomeRun cable card tuner that I used on my PC. I use it for live TV and a DVR. The PMS is installed on my NAS. I would like to see how I can incorporate the HDHomeRun software with my NAS. My first thought was to relocate the DVR recordings folder to a share on the NAS. Unfortunately, the software doesn’t allow this. Ultimately, I’d like to watch my DVR recordings thru Plex. My second attempt was to share the recordings folder on my PC and then add this folder as a Library in Plex. When adding the library to a share on my PC by pointing the library to \x.x.x.x\share and it doesn’t find anything. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Have you attempted to setup a new recording folder on your NAS instead of edit? You should be able to set up a new library and then move the recordings to the new NAS library.
