Every time I restart my Plex Server for windows updates, it changes between two profile settings one made by the server, in the one I restart from disappears after reboot, users playlists disappears and thumbnails changes goes back to before I edit it. But when I then restart the server again the right profile is back, they have the same name, even tried to change the server name but still making two versions that it changes between after reboot.
Any one have any idea how to fix this, as I can’t find any solutions online?
It has been like that for over a Year now and is really starting to regret buying a lifetime license,
maybe start fixing Plex instead of adding new functions all the time?
Login to every Windows user account on your computer. Make sure that the Plex taskbar icon is only present in one of them. Ensure that Plex server is only automatically started in this particular account.
Make double sure that you do not run “Plex as a Windows service” and the regular Plex server concurrently.
